Rule 3.05. Security Deposits in Original Actions.

Except for original actions in habeas corpus, original actions also require a deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars as security for costs. The security deposit shall be paid before the case is filed. If the costs associated with the original action will exceed one hundred dollars, the Clerk may request, or the Supreme Court may order, additional funds deposited after the action is filed.
